Membership
Membership is open to all bona fide students of Daystar University, and to staff and faculty.
Your identity card is your library card
All students, staff and faculty must be registered library members to use the library and borrow books. Bring your Daystar University identity card when you enter the library or borrow anything, including reserve materials, newspapers and magazines.
How to register
Collect a membership form from the library, complete it and return it to the reference team.

- Researchers
A library fee is payable every semester for students.
Alumni and external researchers
Daystar alumni may use the library for a nominal fee. External researchers apply to the University Librarian, who authorises each request. Alumni and researchers use the collections within the library and cannot use the library’s e-resources.
Lost your identity card?
Students should get a letter from the Dean of Students confirming the loss, and apply for a replacement. Staff should report to the Human Resources Department.
